PHS DECA raises $3K for Diabetes
Proctor High School’s DECA program raised over $3,000 during their “Art in Action” silent auction for the American Diabetes Association.
The fundraiser was held earlier this month at the Ridgeview Country Club in Duluth. All the proceeds will go directly to ADA for camps for children with diabetes, diabetes research and education according to DECA committee members Katelyn Bartlett, Marcus Taylor, Lauren Verhel, Rose St. John and Jason Erickson.
The auction had art from local high schools and local artists.
