NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CITY OF PROCTOR

PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION

Monday, November 30, 2009 – 6:15 p.m.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Proctor Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the following:

At 6:15 p.m.: To hear all persons present on the application from the City of Proctor for a Conditional Use Permit that would allow the erection of a cable television maintenance hut.

Proposal is for an eight (8) foot by ten (10) foot maintenance hut to contain cable television transmission equipment. The maintenance hut would be constructed on City-owned property on the southwest corner of the intersections of Lavaque and St. Louis River Roads.

Parcel Code No: 185-0160–00360, Lot 8, Block 3, Maple Grove Park Addition to Village of Proctorknott

This lot is zoned R-1-A and per City Code 1002.05 Subd. 3, this proposed use requires a Conditional Use Permit.

The hearing will be conducted (public input taken, Commission decision and their recommendation to Council as to any conditions of this permit) by the Proctor Planning & Zoning Commission at a meeting, Monday, November 30, 2009, 6:15 p.m, at the Proctor Community Center, Council Chambers, 100 Pionk Drive.

Persons wishing to comment on the conditional use permit may do so in person at the hearing, or in writing by addressing their comments to either the City Administrator or Building Official, 100 Pionk Drive, Proctor, or by calling 624-3641 prior to the meeting. All applications, site plans and City Codes are on file at City Hall and available for inspection from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
