Light up the Night
Bring on the bulbs, untangle the twine, and hang up the holly for the season’s lighting extravaganza. The weather couldn’t be better to decorate for the Proctor Area Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Holiday Lighting Contest.
Three finalists will receive “Participation Awards” and $50 in Chamber Bucks.
Anyone wishing to participate or to nominate a neighbor should notify the Chamber or City Hall by Fri., December 11. The winners will be announced in the Christmas Edition of the Proctor Journal.
