LAKE STATE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION,

Plaintiff,

vs.

GARRY L. MAUS, a/k/a GARRY MAUS,

Also all heirs and devisees of any of the above named persons who are deceased; and all other persons or parties unknown claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real estate described in the Complaint herein,

Defendants.

THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS:

You and each of you are hereby summoned and required to answer the Complaint of the plaintiff in the above entitled action, which Complaint has been filed in the office of the Court Administrator of said Court, and to serve a copy of your Answer to said Complaint upon the subscriber at his office in the City of Cloquet, County of Carlton, and State of Minnesota, within twenty (20) days after the service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the date of such service, and if you fail to answer the Complaint within the time aforesaid, the plaintiff herein will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in said Complaint.

This action involves real property situated in the County of St. Louis, State of Minnesota, described as follows:

The South 630 feet of the East 630 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 11, Township 54, North of Range 17, West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, St. Louis County, Minnesota.

That the objects of said action are to foreclose that certain mortgage dated June 20, 2003, by and between Garry Maus, a single person, as mortgagor, and Lake State Federal Credit Union, as mortgagee, which mortgage was recorded in the St. Louis County Recorder’s Office on October 13, 2003, as Document No. 00918596, and that certain mortgage dated July 28, 2003, by and between Garry L. Maus, a single person, as mortgagor, and Lake State Federal Credit Union, as mortgagee, which mortgage was recorded in the St Louis County Recorder’s Office on September 22, 2003, as Document No. 00914877, to determine the rights of all parties hereto in the premises described in the Complaint herein and hereafter described; to obtain the judgment and decree of this Court determining that the defendants, both the ones named and also all others unknown, have no right, title, estate, interest or lien in or upon said premises or any part thereof.
