Open invite to join Homecoming Parade
After an absence of a quarter century, the PHS Rails Homecoming Parade returned last fall. The return proved popular and is now being expanded. The community, businesses, groups and organizations are invited to join in the promenade.
The parade will be held Wed., Oct. 15 at 1 p.m. beginning at the Proctor Area Community Center and ending at the High School.
A pep assembly will follow the parade.
