Proctor neighborhood conditions to be reviewed
A strategy meeting to review the condition of neighborhoods in Proctor will be held Mon., October 20, at 6 p.m. at the Community Center.
The Arrowhead Economic Opportunity Agency (AEOA) will present its findings of a study conducted earlier this year.
The meeting has been rescheduled from last week.
The AEOA, in cooperation with Proctor’s Neighborhood Watch Groups and the City of Proctor, is conducting the meeting. They will review city neighborhoods and assist with identification of community-wide themes.
An overview of the information includes:
• Characteristics and Demographics;
• Condition of housing in the neighborhood;
• Appearance & atmosphere of neighborhood;
• Availability & affordability of housing.
AEOA representatives have reviewed and categorized the information and are now ready to report their findings to the community and take questions.
Mayor Stephen Anderson is inviting the community to the meeting.
Refreshments and cookies will be provided during the meeting.
