Farewell coffee Sunday
for Dr. Barbra Zakrajsek
When Proctor Superintendent of Schools Dr. Barbra Zakrajsek first came to the district she instituted “Coffee with the Superintendent”.
For the last eight years, the informal gatherings that took place throughout the district in cafes and restaurants gave Zakrajsek an insight into parents’ concerns.
Zakrajsek, however, has been hired to head the Milaca Public Schools. Her last day with Proctor will be Mon., Aug. 15.
On Sun., Aug. 13 the last Coffee with the Superintendent will be held. This time it will be hosted by the Board of Education. The “Farewell Coffee” will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Proctor Area Community Center.
The Board invites everyone to attend the farewell coffee.
