PHS Marching Band to
perform at Valleyfair
More than 25 members of Proctor High School Marching Band will showcase their talent in a performance at Valleyfair Family Amusement Park Thurs., Aug. 17.
At 11:00 a.m., the Proctor High School Marching Band, under the direction of G. Westendorf, will begin their march through Valleyfair’s walkways. The band will also play a selection or two at the front gate.
Each season, more than 75 middle and high school marching bands participate in Valleyfair’s marching band program.
Valleyfair is located twenty miles southwest of the Twin Cities. Valleyfair is three miles east of Shakopee’s business district on Highway 101 and nine miles west of the intersection at 35W and Highway 13.
