This week’s First National Bank of Proctor Academic All-Star is Kristopher Shupe.

While Shupe is yet undecided about his major areas of study, he plans to attend LSC and join the ROTC.

His favorite class this year is Concert Choir with Mark Hagemeyer. He says, “This is an enjoyable class to be in, people can be relaxed, it takes enthusiasm to make it sound great. You can do solos if you do well enough and it feels good when you do it flawlessly.”

Kristopher is also involved in drama. He enjoys reading, singing and drawing as his hobbies.

His most memorable moments at PHS involve drama.

Ms. Steen comments, “Kris has one of the best senses of humor that I have ever experienced. He is such a kind young man and I enjoy his personality so much. I wish I had many “Kris Schupes” during my day. He always has the most inventive ideas for his terrific art.”

Kris’ father, Eric writes, “I am so proud of Kris. His grades are very good and he helps out around the house a lot. He is thoughtful of others and likes to help.”
