Woman dies in Midway fire
A woman was killed in a house fire Wednesday morning in Midway Township.
The Proctor Police Department responded to a call shortly before 3 a.m. They found the building in flames.
The fire leveled the home. There was no immediate word on how the fire started. Nearby vehicles were also damaged.
Fire Departments from Proctor, Hermantown and Esko along with the Midway First Responders responded to the scene.
The identity of the woman will not be released until the family can be notified.
