Unified start time could save $94K
Proctor Public Schools provide education for about 1,700 pre-K-12th grade students. Of that number, about 1,500 are eligible to ride the school bus daily, to and from school. A significant number of students ride only the morning bus and have other arrangements after school. About 70% of those 16 and older drive themselves or get a ride to and from school.
