In Re: the Estate of: FERN D. ADAMIAK, A/K/A FERN E. ADAMIAK AND FERN ADAMIAK, Decedent.

Notice is given that a petition has been filed requesting that the Estate assets be summarily assigned with formal appointment of Petitioner, Anna M. Adamiak, as Administrator, whose address is 6878 Pike River Drive, Embarrass, MN 55732.

Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper, and if no objections or claims are filed or raised, the Administrator shall be appointed to administer the estate, collect all assets, pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, and sell real and/or personal property, and do all necessary acts for the estate.

It is Ordered and Notice is now given that the Petition will be heard on March 2, 2009, at 1:30 (p.m.), by this Court at the St. Louis County Courthouse, 100 North Fifth Avenue West, Duluth, Minnesota.

Notice is further given that (subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
