NOTICE OF LIEN SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 14, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at Boundary Storage, 126 Boundary Avenue, Duluth, St. Louis County, Minnesota 55810, the St. Louis County Sheriff will sell at Public Sale the following described property, to wit:

within unit B-3

Said sale shall be held for the purpose of foreclosing a possessory lien claimed by Boundary Storage pursuant to Section 514.970, Minnesota Statutes for the account of Kimberly Mergen, that said lien arises out of the storage and safekeeping of said property; that at the time of the said sale there will be due and owing for said services, the sum of $344.00, exclusive of the costs of sale.
