NOTICE OF LIEN SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 15, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Amendola Storage, 3754 Midway Road, Duluth, MN 55810, a Public Sale will be held for the following described property, to wit:

within unit #40

Said sale shall be held for the purpose of foreclosing a possessory lien claimed by Amendola Storage pursuant to Section 514.970, Minnesota Statutes for the account of Marlon Teigland, that said lien arises out of the storage and safekeeping of said property; that at the time of the said sale there will be due and owing for said services, the sum of $615.00, exclusive of the costs of sale. The unit will be sold as one parcel. Cash only.
