Jordan Weiler is this week’s First National Bank of Proctor Academic All-Star. Jordan is the daughter of Mike & Kris Weiler.

Jordan plans to attend St. Scholastica for Nursing and then become a Nurse or Nurse Anesthetist. She plans to pursue a Business minor.

Anatomy with Mr. Sorenson is Jordan’s favorite class. She says, “It is my favorite because I am learning so much about human bodies and it’s preparing me for nursing next year. Also, Mr. Sorenson is a very smart, funny teacher.“

Weiler is part of the Link Crew, sings in the PHS Choir and works at Super One Foods as a cashier. She is also active in AYSA Soccer. She enjoys scrapbooking, hanging out with friends and four-wheeling.

She writes, “I have so many memorable moments of high school that it’s hard to choose just one from my 4-year experience as a PHS student. But one of the best times this year has been road-tripping to the away football games with my best friends.”

Mr. Sorenson comments, “I want to thank Jordan for enriching my classroom with her curiosity, work ethic and talent, and to wish her the best in her pursuit of the medical field. Jordan knows that hard work works. She works [at her job] many hours a week and still does well in class. Her curious nature will make learning more fun and relevant. Good luck, Jordan.”

Jordan’s parents write, “Jordan, since the day you were born you’ve brought so much joy, love and laughter to our life. We are so very proud of you! May all your dreams come true. You have a very bright future ahead of you. Jordan, keep laughing! We love you so much. – Mom and Dad.”
