PACC to offer free tax preps
Tax forms are taxing. People can skip some of the headaches and get their 2009 Taxes done free at the Proctor Area Community Center (PACC).
AARP is sponsoring this service available to anyone. There are no income restrictions.
New tax preparers will be available every Tuesday and Wednesday, beginning Feb 3, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.
You are asked to call for an appointment. Walk-ins will be helped when time allows.
