Proctor Chamber looking for snow fun
Are you having fun with snow? Built a snow sculpture? The Proctor Area Chamber of Commerce wants to know.
They want to show others how the people of the community are having fun this winter. Your picture could be one of four that will be awarded $20 in Chamber Bucks and a certificate of recognition for each month.
