Rallin W. Sundbom, Rallin W. Sundbom, who attended and graduated from Proctor High School in in 1966, passed away at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System in Seattle on Dec. 16, 2007. He was 60.

The Seabeck, Wash. resident was born Aug. 27, 1947 to Frank and Ruth (Pederson) Sundbom in Duluth. Rallin proudly served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. Rallin worked as an Electrician at Bangor Subase in Silverdale. He was a member of the American Legion, VFW, and enjoyed woodcarving.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Sundbom, nephews, Dean Welander and Bradley Stefnik.

Surviving are his father, Frank of Seabeck, Wash.; son, Chuck Fosness of Minnesota; brothers, Roger (Teddi) Sundbom, Vern (Marilyn) Sundbom, Roy (Belle) Sundbom; sisters, Joyce (Art) Welander, Phyllis (Warren) Sheldon of Michigan, Carole (Mike) Bonneville of Washington, Sharon (Herman) Stefnik of Washington; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. January 11, 2008 at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Seattle, Wash.
