Norman K. Skeie, Norman K. Skeie, the brother of Irene Moran of Proctor, passed away February 22, 2006 in Quincy, Calif.

He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Being a World War II Army Veteran, he was buried in the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery.
