William “Bill” Lindgren, William “Bill” Lindgren, who was a member of the Proctor Moose Lodge 1302, died of cancer Fri., Mar. 3, 2006 in Winter Haven, Fla. He was 77.

Bill was born in Duluth on Mar. 2, 1929, and moved to Winter Haven from Lake Wales one year ago. He worked for U.S. Steel and Marigold Foods. He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War. Bill was also a member of the VFW Post No. 3915 and the American Legion in Princeton. He was Lutheran.

Bill is survived by his wife Marlene of Fla., two sons, a daughter, a sister, six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren, all of Minn..
