Proctor Mn has a Place for You! Proctor is located just off I-35 & Hwy 2- less than 10 minutes from Canal Park, and only a couple minutes from Spirit Mountian Recreation Area. Our community has walking, biking, blading, running and skiing trails, and a golf course. Special events include fairs, festivals, stock car races, and parades. Recreation areas include baseball, soccer and football fields, and some family friendly parks and picnic areas. There are also several places to enjoy fun nightlife and great food.
